The Point - Atheists On Religion, Science, And Morality
Can we prove there is no God? Does it make sense to equate religion with science? Do theists have a monopology on morality or is secular morality superior? Was Richard Dawkins right to bring up the religious beliefs of Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney? Cara Santa Maria (Senior Science Correspondent, Huffingtonpost.com) leads this week's panel on 'The Point' to discuss these issues and more with Michael Shermer (Publisher - Skeptic Magazine), Sean Carroll (Theoretical Physicist - Caltech), and Edward Falzon (author of 'Being Gay Is Disgusting'). Special thanks to James Randi (Fopunder: James Randi Educational Foundation), Paul Zachary "PZ" Myers (Blogger: Pharyngula.org - Professor U Of MN Morris), and AJ Johnson (Development Director for 'American Atheists') for sending in their points.

This is a lovely and inspiring collaborative video project between many of the most popular atheist Youtubers who explain their perspective of death and the afterlife. Death is only terrifying if you squandered your entire life in hopes that another life awaits you. Eternity is the common bond between most religions in how the afterlife is spent. Reason to believe in eternity aside, the concept is not profound or appealing. Life is valuable because it is short and limited. Eternity may sound like a wonderful thing and it probably is - for the first few millenia or so. After that, one would always become Hell.

Deconversation: The God Concept
The opening video to a series by Youtuber, Evid3nc3, where he takes us on a journey through from transition from being a devout Christian to an Atheist. The presentation is wonderful, compelling, includes some delightful history and discussions of epistemology, and is well-articulated. A must see! Remember to watch the WHOLE series!

Get Service
I don't normally promote religious videos, but this one has an inspiring secular message. Good job, Fellowship Bible Church.
